Our co-founders Adam and Rowan first met at Peakon (acq. by Workday, $700M) in 2017, where they led Go-to-Market strategy and Revenue Operations from Series A. They experienced the importance of trust, momentum, and customer relationships first hand.
At Workbounce we’re building the product they wish they’d had, while creating a company centered around a more human way of working. We’re a fully remote and asynchronous team. We believe that the freedom to decide when, where and how to work allows us to achieve things we can be truly proud of.
