What‘s behind a great relationship? Two things: Trust and Momentum.

For a relationship to succeed you need to establish Trust with an ever-growing number of stakeholders and maintain Momentum towards achieving mutually beneficial goals.

It‘s easier said than done. Inboxes overflow, contacts go AWOL, and important signals get lost in the noise.

That‘s why we‘re building Workbounce—to connect the people, tools and insights you need to win deals and wow customers.

Our story

Our co-founders Adam and Rowan first met at Peakon (acq. by Workday, $700M) in 2017, where they led Go-to-Market strategy and Revenue Operations from Series A. They experienced the importance of trust, momentum, and customer relationships first hand.

At Workbounce we’re building the product they wish they’d had, while creating a company centered around a more human way of working. We’re a fully remote and asynchronous team. We believe that the freedom to decide when, where and how to work allows us to achieve things we can be truly proud of.

This requires a careful balance between independence and collaboration. To help us get it right, we’ve defined and published our Operating Principles.
