This is the Privacy & Cookies Policy (the “Policy”) of Workbounce Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with company number 12841553 whose registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ (hereafter ‘Workbounce’, ‘we’ or ‘us’). This Policy describes the ways in which Workbounce collects and uses information about you when you use our website at https://workbounce.com (the “Website”), or access our online platform made available via https://app.workbounce.com (the “Platform”).

Workbounce may change this Policy at any time and whilst it will tell you about what it feels are key changes to the Policy, please check it regularly to keep up-to-date. If you do not wish to accept the new Policy you should stop using the Website and/or the Platform. If you continue to use the Website and/or the Platform after the changes, your continued use of the Website and/or the Platform shows us your agreement to be bound by the new Policy.

When you create an account on the Platform to use our service and then use the service as an end user, we collect and process the following information:

Any and all information within any and all folders and/or individual documents within specific third party product/service integrations, in each case which you choose to allow Workbounce to sync for the purposes of Workbounce providing its services via the Platform.	When you use the Platform and then select the applicable integrations and then folders and/or individual documents to sync with Workbounce.	To provide our services via the Platform. Please note that the provision of our service will also involve the submission of any and all content and metadata within such synced folders and documents to certain third party data providers (like OpenAI and as listed in Clause 3 below) for the purposes of delivering results to you as part of Workbounce’s service.	N/A – we are a data processor in connection with this data. You are deciding the purposes for which you wish to use our service and which documents and folders that you wish to sync with it and what questions to ask in doing so. You can withdraw access to such documents and/or folders at any time.

3. Sharing your information with third parties

Some of the information Workbounce collects from you is passed to third parties. These third parties are:

Lead generation services like Prospect Global Ltd ("Sopro);
storage and platform scaling providers such as Google Cloud Platform;
data vectorization & search indexing providers such as Elasticsearch;
Large Language Model providers such as OpenAI;
the third party products/services that you choose to permit to sync documents with Workbounce, such as Notion, Slack and Google Drive. It is your choice as to whether you choose to allow Workbounce to sync the documents from such third party products/services and you can revoke access at any time (in accordance with the terms set out in our Customer and Platform T&Cs). If, however, you choose to allow access, Workbounce will then periodically sync the selected documents to return results and metadata to you as part of our service, including returning results and metadata via certain third party services such as OpenAI;
certain third party data services such as OpenAI and Elasticsearch which Workbounce uses for the purposes of delivering its service results;
certain third party analytics and cookies providers as described further in Clause 7 below; our regulator (the ICO);
in anonymised form, Workbounce may share the information with:
1. any third party, in relation to the sale of some or all of Workbounce’s business, or its assets, or as part of any business restructuring or reorganisation. Workbounce will take steps with the aim of ensuring that your rights continue to be protected if your personal data is transferred under these circumstances;
2. data aggregators and platform providers as part of an analysis of user metrics or sales performance; or
3. law enforcement agencies in compliance with law enforcement.
